How to install the Lumii Wi-Fi app?
- From an iOS device: open the app in the App Store. From an Android device: open the app in Google Play.
- Click on Install (or search for IHR WIFI if needed in the search bar).
- Once downloaded, open the app and create your account.
What’s the best place to install my GigaSpire router?
Ideally, place your router at the center of your home to get more even Wi-Fi coverage and better performance with our services.
How to set up my router?
- Open the Lumii Wi-Fi app.
- Select Sign up and create your account.
- Select your GigaSpire device and click Start setup.
- Make sure your router is working:
- Turn it on
- Plug the Ethernet cable into the WAN port
- Wait about 10 minutes
- When the green light turns on, your router is connected.
- Find the QR code at the bottom of your router and scan it using the app.
- Name your network and create a password.
- You can now take full control of your network.

How to install my Viiv TV decoder?
- Make sure your GigaSpire router is configured and your Wi-Fi is active before starting. The green light means your router is working.
- Plug the HDMI cable into your decoder and your TV.
- Plug one end of the power adapter into your decoder, and the other into a power outlet. The decoder light will turn red for 5 seconds, then change to pale blue.
- Turn on your TV and select the right HDMI source.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi and set up your decoder and voice remote.Do you have a Google account?

Skip to the next step.Your TV platform and voice remote are now ready to use. - Log into your Lumii Solutions account by entering your username (found in the General Info section of your billing) and password (same as your Lumii Solutions Client Portal).
