2. Plug the HDMI cable into your decoder and your TV.
3. Plug one end of the power adapter into your decoder, and the other into a power outlet. The decoder light will turn red for 5 seconds, then change to pale blue.

• As with most companies, the rate of inflation, as well as the rising cost of materials and equipment, led to an increase in our rates in 2025. Plan prices have therefore been increased by $4.95, with the exception of the basic plan, which remains at $49.95.   • For example: Our customers who subscribe to the Fiber 500 Mbps plan will see their invoice increase from $65 to $69.95 in July 2025, but will be automatically transferred to the new Fiber 700 Mbps plan.

• The main change to be expected is in terms of communications. Following the launch of the new brand, the communications you will receive from our company will be in the name and colours of Lumii Solutions. These communications include a) postal letters, b) invoicing, c) newsletters, d) information emails, e) promotions and special offers and all other customer communications.
